Shipping

Free shipping on orders of $40 or more. Orders are shipped via USPS to the United States. Tracking information is provided with each shipment.

In Store Pick Up?

We are online only. No in store pick up is available at this time. But we do sell at markets. Follow us on Facebook and subscribe to our email list for updates on our market schedule.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product is damage during shipping, email us immediately(within 3 days of receiving the shipment) to resolve your concerns.

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you offer fragrance free products?

Yes, but they will still be made in the same workshop as the other products. If you have a sensitivity, please carefully read the ingredients on each individual product as some ingredients may vary. Fragrance free products have no added fragrance but still have the natural fragrance of the ingredients.

How do I make the soaps last?

Keep them in a dish that drains and away from direct streams of water to maximize the life of your soap.

Should I get a cold pack with my body butter order?

That depends on your climate. During the summer months the body butter are refrigerated or frozen before shipping. Whipped body may melt in temperatures over 75 degrees. If product arrives melted it still works! All the delicious skin loving ingredients are still there to give you the moister and glow. You can rewhip it with your mixer or use it as is.
